The Americas Cost of Living for July 2013

The most expensive countries in America for expatriates to live in are: BermudaCayman IslandsMontserrat;Venezuela; and Aruba.

The biggest mover down the rankings is Stanley in the Falkland Islands which has dropped from 75th in April to become the 111th most expensive location in the world. The biggest mover up the rankings is Toluca in Mexico, which has risen from 240th in April to become the 162nd most expensive location in the world.

What about a TV show called ‘The Cost Of Living’ where each episode you feature a breakdown of a different city, which is compared against the base [home] city, for property, salaries, medical and education costs, food, beverages, the milk test and other anomalies that impact upon life style such as security, amenitiy and climate.
