Abu-Dhabi in the UAE is the most expensive city for expats in the Middle East, followed by Beirut in second place. Dubai and Doha are third and fourth respectively, while Manama has dropped out of the top 10 most expensive in the Middle East for the first time, having dropped to 340th most expensive in the world.
